Over his career, he has been involved in more than 400 real estate transactions across multifamily, mixed-use, commercial, and specialized development projects.He currently oversees a portfolio exceeding $50 million in assets through Glenstone Real Estate, DW Equity Partners, and DiPreta Properties. At The Union mixed-use development, Christopher leads acquisitions, capital structuring, and project management, ensuring disciplined execution, strong asset performance, and alignment with investor and community objectives.

Jack directs construction and development execution from pre-construction planning through stabilization, ensuring strong cost control, scheduling, and quality across New England Coastal projects. His hands-on leadership guarantees each development meets high standards and is positioned for long-term operational success.He is the founder and principal of Moses Custom Builders, a construction and development firm in Fairfield County, Connecticut.
